About Us

Introducing Kaaya Yoga, a marque of my identity, an extension of my dreams and passion, where I work towards making yoga available for every body!

Being in the journey of learning, practicing, and teaching yoga for over a decade, what I strive is to build is a strong yoga community which is inclusive of every physical limitation. My classes will offer unique approaches, as it will be amalgamation of different techniques and methods. This integrated approach will make classes accessible to clients at all levels.

Kaaya yoga classes can be found at a studio located in the heart of Morrisville, easy reachable to people living in and around RTP.eagerly awaiting to connect with people who want to start on this mind/body journey, seeking to discover themselves and their purpose through asana and breath work. I believe yoga is for the mind through the body.

Our teens! The Yuva - the next Gen - The torch bearers, need yoga more than anybody!! Yoga and mindfulness are two sides of the same coin. A teen who practices yoga can make better decisions along with building awareness in their body and breath. Holistic wellbeing through yoga.
